Summary: annual subscriptions can be canceled through the Stripe Billing Portal before renewal and remain active through the paid term. Lifetime purchases do not renew. Completed charges are not automatically refundable merely because access was unused, but we review billing errors and product failures, and we honor all non-waivable statutory rights.
1. Prices and plan shown at Checkout
The exact plan, amount, currency, renewal interval, and any tax shown on the Stripe-hosted Checkout page control your purchase. ClipForge currently defines a $19.99 yearly subscription, a qualifying $49.50 one-time launch lifetime offer, and a $99 standard one-time lifetime offer. Promotion availability depends on verified server allocation and may change before Checkout is created.
2. Annual subscription cancellation
You may cancel an annual subscription through the Stripe Billing Portal link provided by ClipForge. Submit cancellation before the renewal date and time shown in the Portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the already-paid billing term unless the Portal or applicable law states otherwise. You retain licensed access through that term, and no later renewal should be charged.
ClipForge sends transactional reminders approximately 30 days and 7 days before a scheduled renewal when the service has a deliverable address and current billing state. Reminders are a courtesy and do not replace your responsibility to manage the subscription. If the Portal confirms cancellation but a later renewal is charged in error, contact us promptly with the receipt or Stripe transaction reference.
3. Founding first-100 conversion
The first 100 qualifying successful annual purchases are converted to lifetime access. CTF Designs retains the initial $19.99 payment, grants a lifetime entitlement, and cancels future renewals. The conversion is not a refund and does not create a recurring charge.
Promotion position is assigned atomically after verified payment. It is limited to one allocation per customer and is not recycled after refund, chargeback, or repeat purchase. A refund or payment reversal ends the associated lifetime entitlement. If an ineligible or stale promotional Checkout crosses an allocation boundary, fulfillment may be paused for review; we will not silently charge a price difference.
4. Lifetime purchases
A lifetime license is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. The launch lifetime price is $49.50 for eligible customers within the stated allocation; the standard lifetime price is $99 afterward, unless Checkout displays another authorized price. “Lifetime” has the meaning stated in the EULA and License Policy and does not guarantee indefinite third-party services, operating-system compatibility, or a separate future paid product.
5. Refund eligibility and requests
Except where required by law or expressly stated at Checkout, completed charges are not automatically refundable because you changed your mind, did not use the software, forgot to cancel before renewal, lost access to a third-party platform, or your hardware no longer meets documented requirements.
Contact us if you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed timely cancellation, charged an amount different from Checkout, did not authorize the transaction, or encounter a material ClipForge defect that prevents the documented licensed use and cannot be resolved through reasonable support. We will investigate and may correct the charge, provide a workaround, or approve a full or partial refund as appropriate. Nothing here limits a remedy that applicable law requires.
Send requests to roman@ctfdesigns.com with the purchase email, approximate date, plan, and Stripe receipt or transaction reference. Do not send a full payment-card number or customer key.
6. Effect of a refund, reversal, or dispute
A full or partial refund, chargeback, dispute, reversal, or unauthorized-payment determination may revoke the associated ClipForge entitlement, remove active device registrations, and end support or online recovery for that purchase. Promotion positions are not restored or reassigned.
An offline signed license file cannot always be technically recalled until the device reconnects. That limitation does not authorize continued use after the license is revoked. You must stop using and delete affected license copies after a refund or termination.
7. Failed payments and grace
If an annual renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and ClipForge may provide a limited access grace period. Later failed-payment events do not extend grace indefinitely. Successful payment restores the annual state; cancellation or terminal failure ends renewal according to the billing state and EULA.
8. Statutory and regional rights
You may have mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, conformity, warranty, or refund rights based on your location and the circumstances of purchase. Those rights remain available and override inconsistent portions of this policy. Where law requires express consent to immediate digital performance or acknowledgment of a cooling-off consequence, the applicable Checkout or delivery flow will control; we do not use this policy to fabricate or waive consent.

9. Processing times and payment method
An approved refund is submitted to Stripe for return to the original payment method when practicable. Bank and card-network posting times are outside our control. We will not ask you to pay a fee, buy a gift card, disclose a password, or move money to receive a legitimate ClipForge refund.
